Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Rewardflow, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please read this policy carefully before committing to a transaction.

2. Digital Goods and Services

For digital products, downloadable resources and service consultations, refunds are generally not issued once the service has been performed or the digital product has been delivered. If you believe there is a defect in the product or the service does not meet the agreed specifications, you may request a review within seven days of delivery.

3. Physical Goods

If you purchased a physical product from our website, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received to qualify for a full refund. Custom-made or personalised products are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation Rights

You may cancel an order for services or physical goods before the work begins or before the goods are dispatched. To cancel, please contact our support team with your order number. If cancellation occurs after work has started, you may be charged for the portion of service already completed.

5. Instalment and Subscription Services

For instalment plans or subscription services, you can cancel future instalments with at least 30 days written notice. Paid instalments for completed work are non-refundable. If you cancel a subscription, access to the associated services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue and any supporting evidence. We will review your request and respond within five business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days of approval.
